The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mbamba shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Rukphairee's guard.
Mbamba throws a strike but Rukphairee rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Mbamba is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Rukphairee jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mbamba walks away with a smile on his face. Rukphairee gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Mbamba throws a nice looking combination but Rukphairee bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
The fighters circling - Mbamba throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Mbamba stuffs the takedown attempt from Rukphairee. Rukphairee gets slowly back to his feet.
Rukphairee steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mbamba.
Mbamba throws an off balance right hand
and Rukphairee counters with a big head kick but Mbamba shrugs it off.
Mbamba connects with a single shot there.
Rukphairee takes one to the chin there.

Rukphairee is rocked!

It looks like Pittawat Rukphairee has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mbamba goes for a small jab and connects. Now Mbamba goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Rukphairee stumbles back but Mbamba runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Rukphairee to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Rukphairee will ever be the same after a knockout like that.
