Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frankie McGee IV!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John McLovin!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Hugh Johnson and Eliza Hachem.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLovin slips a jab from McGee IV.
McLovin scores with the left hand. McGee IV knows he should have avoided that one.
McGee IV thuds his right hand into McLovin's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
McGee IV lunges at McLovin with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by McLovin's hand.
McGee IV lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.


It looks like John McLovin has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from McLovin is defended easily by McGee IV.
McGee IV's corner calls for a 1-2. McGee IV obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from McGee IV. McLovin does a little dance to reset his feet.
McLovin keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
McGee IV throws a series of punches but McLovin avoids them all with ease.
McLovin tries to clinch but McGee IV moves out of range.
McLovin slips under a jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McGee IV missing with a left hand there. McLovin was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Frankie McGee IV seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McGee IV fails to land with a series of punches.

Oooooh!!! McGee IV has knocked McLovin down with a huge combo! McGee IV steps away and waves a wobbly McLovin back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


McLovin is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McGee IV throws a right hand that McLovin ducks under and follows up with a left that McLovin also avoids with ease.
McLovin is still on wobbly legs! Can McGee IV finish him?
McLovin switches off momentarily and McGee IV cracks him with a monster right hand! McLovin topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as McGee IV dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by McGee IV!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Frankie McGee IV!
