Tyson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Punch-Out!!! - Theme Song. The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, John Roberts and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker closes the distance looking to clinch
and Tyson counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Shawne Parker has been cut.

and Tyson counters with a stiff right hand.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Tyson and Parker goes tumbling to the canvas! Tyson follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Tyson takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Parker is still in real trouble! Can Tyson finish him?
Parker seems to have recovered his senses.

Tyson not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Tyson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Parker sees it coming and defends easily.
Tyson is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Parker has managed to free his arm - good work.

Tyson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Tyson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The cut above Shawne Parker's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
