Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Louis Roederer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bobby Boucher!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Patrick Alders and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roederer throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Boucher misses with a low kick as Roederer jumps back.
Roederer throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Boucher throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Roederer on the side of the head.
Roederer misses with a combination
and Boucher counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Boucher moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Roederer swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Roederer counters with a left and a right that stings Boucher.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Boucher bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Roederer's head backwards.
Boucher throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Roederer clobbers Boucher with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
It looks like Bobby Boucher has been cut.

Boucher throws a solid leg kick but Roederer takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Boucher.
Boucher fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roederer manages to avoid it.

Roederer scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Boucher throws out a loose jab but Roederer uses good head movement to avoid it.

Roederer tries to lock up and control but Boucher gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Boucher in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
