Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yuri Orlov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pac Quiao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quiao has chosen Water Song - Jorma Kaukonen as his entrance music. Pac Quiao has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Yuri Orlov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pac Quiao! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Orlov misses with an uppercut
enabling Quiao to counter with a crisp jab. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Orlov. Orlov misses with a lunging right hand
and Quiao counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Orlov misses with a left hand enabling Quiao to counter with a crisp jab. Quiao's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Orlov connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Quiao scrambles back to his feet. Orlov misses with an uppercut
and Quiao counters with a straight right hand. Orlov throws a series of punches but Quiao moves out of range. Orlov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Quiao sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Orlov somewhat. Orlov throws a poor cross that misses
and Quiao connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Orlov staying out of range there. Excellent takedown into side control there by Orlov. This has been an exciting period of action! Orlov throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Orlov throws an elbow but Quiao slips to the side and avoids it well. Orlov creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Quiao sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Quiao is trying to control Orlov's posture but Orlov avoids it. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Quiao can do anything to dispel that myth. Quiao prevents Orlov from improving position. Orlov is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Quiao is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Orlov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Quiao wants to control but Orlov postures up. Orlov tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. Orlov is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Quiao has escaped the position, nice work there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Orlov tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Quiao stops Orlov from passing to mount.

Quiao seems comfortable defending it but Orlov has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Quiao is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Quiao is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Orlov couldn't care less - he's delighted!
