And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Myss wants to control but Sanchez passes easily into half guard.

Sanchez postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Myss looks a forlorn figure.

Sanchez is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Myss to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Myss shrugs it off.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Sanchez is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Myss has escaped the position, nice work there.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee asks Sanchez politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Sanchez prefers to stall for the moment though.

Sanchez shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Myss napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Sanchez lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Sanchez throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Myss was covering up waiting for the punch and Sanchez finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sanchez is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Sanchez passes into half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Myss is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Sanchez scores with a couple of nice shots.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sanchez cracks Myss with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sanchez cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Sanchez is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Myss knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Myss for a finish.
