Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Prachuap Prasoetram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ki Law (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Law has chosen Soulja Boy as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Prachuap Prasoetram!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ki Law!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Alec Ball and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Law shoots in and gets a takedown into Prasoetram's guard.
Prasoetram tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Law trying to control the position from guard on top but Prasoetram is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Prasoetram working a defensive guard here.
Law seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Prasoetram tries to clinch up

and Law counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Prasoetram knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Law on the ground.
Prasoetram looks like he's trying to stand up.
Prasoetram is looking to control Law's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Prasoetram avoid being mounted?

Law seems to be looking for submissions.

Prasoetram wants to get back to full guard.
Law is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Prasoetram tries to kick Law off but Law keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Prasoetram is looking for a sweep. Law is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Law is looking to advance position but Prasoetram won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Law's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Ki Law wasn't active enough on the ground.

and Law decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Prasoetram's guard.

Prasoetram is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Law looking to pass the guard.
Law stops Prasoetram from standing up.
Prasoetram is adopting a defensive guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

We're going to have a standup here because Prachuap Prasoetram wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Law has a takedown stuffed.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Prasoetram enables Law to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Prasoetram manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Prasoetram is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Law is controlling him.
Law is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Prasoetram can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Law controls the pace.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

and Law counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Law.
Law pushes down on Prasoetram's leg and manages to get into half guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Law is looking for a kimura but Prasoetram is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Law to get the leverage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ki Law dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Law keeps the fight on the outside.
Prasoetram scores with a push kick.
Prasoetram gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Law counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Prasoetram pushes Law off looking to stand but Law dives back in and keeps control.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Law in particular looking to stall.
Law tries to pass the half guard into mount. Prasoetram knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Ki Law was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Law avoids the head kick by Prasoetram.
Prasoetram has his takedown stuffed

and Law counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Ki Law has got the better of the ground game so far.
Prasoetram being controlled here, momentarily.
Prasoetram keeping full guard, as Law tries to pass.
Prasoetram looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Law is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Law has a takedown stuffed.
Prasoetram tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Law manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Prasoetram wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Law avoids the body shot from Prasoetram.
Prasoetram fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Law.
Law on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Prasoetram. Prasoetram obviously looking to wear him down.
Law is breathing heavily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Prasoetram doesn't manage to clinch there - Law circles away.
Law blocks a head kick by Prasoetram.
Law misses with a jab to the body
and Prasoetram makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Law really felt that one!

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Prasoetram closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Law did well to prevent Prasoetram getting side control.
Prasoetram seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Law looking for submissions off his back.
Prasoetram wants to stand up but Law is controlling the position.
Law is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Prasoetram's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Prasoetram's back!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
What can Prasoetram do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Let's hope that Law has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Law has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
Prasoetram is keeping busy.
Prasoetram just trying to survive but Law is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Prasoetram has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Prachuap Prasoetram dominated that second round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.



Law looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Prasoetram!
Prasoetram is working to get back to half guard.

Law looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Law controlling the pace for now.
Prasoetram can't escape the position.
Law throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Prasoetram is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Law controlling from mount.

Law working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Prasoetram turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Law off and cradles Prasoetram's limp body as Law celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Ki Law!
