Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Triton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedo Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Triton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pedo Bear! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jonathan Paton and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Triton shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Bear napping and manages to drive through into side control! Triton wants to control but Bear is keeping him busy. Bear is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Triton's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Triton is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Pedo Bear hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Triton shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bear manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Triton is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Bear keeping full guard, as Triton tries to pass. Triton has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Bear working for a triangle but Triton defends it easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Bear is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Triton stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bear swivels though and keeps the full guard. Triton wants to control from the top but Bear keeps moving. Triton sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bear's guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Triton looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Triton prevents Bear from improving his position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Triton shoots in and bounces Bear off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Bear keeping full guard, as Triton tries to pass. Triton is stalling in the full guard. Triton trying to control the position from guard on top but Bear is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Triton looking to pass the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bear is breathing heavily. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Triton controlling from the guard. The ref stands the fighters back up because John Triton just wasn't active enough. Triton tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bear manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Triton looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Triton is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Bear is in trouble now - Triton has advanced to mount! Triton swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Bear is now in Triton's guard. A big mistake from Triton there, giving up the dominant position!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bear wants to control from the top but Triton keeps moving. Triton has his foot on Bear's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bear works his way back into a safe position though. Triton escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bear gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Triton is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Bear trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Triton looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bear is one step ahead there. Triton escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bear gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Triton throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Bear escapes and throws Triton's legs to the side, diving into side control! Triton manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Triton actively working from the bottom here. Triton trying to control from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Triton is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bear pulls his head out easily. Bear moves into full mount! Triton won't be happy about that! Triton can't escape the position.
Triton is working hard here to advance position. Triton is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Triton wants to try and get back to his feet. Triton is trying desperately to improve position. Triton is trying to stand up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bear takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Triton postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bear is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Triton, into his guard.

Triton has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Bear off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Excellent takedown into side control there by Triton. Triton tries to move to mount but Bear blocks the move with his legs. Triton working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
