The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrews shoots and misses
and Leonard counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Leonard feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Andrewss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Leonard throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Andrews.
Leonard just misses with a punch to the body.
Leonard waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Andrews.
Andrews takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Leonard lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ray Leonard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Leonard connects with a good right hand that stumbles Andrews. Andrews circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Andrews avoids the body shot from Leonard.
Leonard looks to score with a jab to the body but Andrews is just out of range.

and Andrews counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Leonard!

Leonard is desperately trying to improve his position but Andrews has a good base and remains in mount.
Andrews jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Leonard is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Leonard and Andrews has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Andrews is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Leonard has escaped the position, nice work there.
Andrews tries to advance to mount but Leonard denies him.

Leonard is trying to control Andrews's posture but Andrews avoids it.
Andrews looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Leonard is avoiding damage well.
Andrews is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Leonard knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Andrews passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Leonard!

Andrews wants to finish this one by submission but Leonard is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Andrews.

Andrews looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Andrews has hold of Leonard's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Leonard manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Andrews wants to finish this one by submission but Leonard is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Andrews.

Leonard is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Leonard is trying to defend against the choke here but Andrews has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Andrews Tightens the hold and Leonard taps out furiously! Andrews displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
