Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Sparks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nelson Muntz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson Muntz will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tommy Sparks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nelson Muntz! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A right-left combo lands from Muntz.
It looks like Tommy Sparks has been cut. Sparks swings widly with a right hand
and Muntz connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Muntz fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Sparks misses with a hook
and Muntz counters with a left and a right that stings Sparks. Sparks scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Sparks landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sparks lands an elbow. Muntz is working to avoid the ground and pound but Sparks connects with a decent elbow. Sparks cracks Muntz with an elbow. That is naaassty. Sparks lands a decent elbow from side control. Muntz on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Muntz is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Check out the look on Sparks's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Sparks is putting a hurting on Muntz here, landing some big shots from side control. Sparks works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Muntz tries to get back to half guard but can't. Muntz is not content to let Sparks control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sparks has hold of Muntz's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Muntz tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Sparks cranks the arm and Muntz screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Muntz, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
