The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borhegnev shoots in looking for a takedown but Por Kvartir manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Borhegnev's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Por Kvartir gets tackled into the cage by Borhegnev. Borhegnev maintains the clinch.
Por Kvartir is trying to maintain a safe position but Borhegnev gets an underhook and turns Por Kvartir into the cage.

Borhegnev jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Por Kvartir walks away with a smile on his face. Borhegnev gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Por Kvartir throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Borhegnev remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Well Borhegnev has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
