Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Weran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baba Devious (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Baba Devious was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Baba Devious! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Patrick Alders and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Devious moves to clinch but Weran breaks away and Weran counters with a single leg into guard. Devious didn't expect that. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Devious is wriggling around but Weran manages to pass to half guard.
Devious really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Weran. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Devious is trying to stand.
