Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billiary Sclerosis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Dowda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dowda has chosen KnockDown as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dowda closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Sclerosis to the mat! Sclerosis manages to get full guard.
Dowda throws a big right hand that misses.
Dowda wants to pass the guard but Sclerosis is keeping the position.
Dowda engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Dowda gets to his feet - Sclerosis follows without any prompting.
Dowda shoots for a takedown but Sclerosis saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Dowda tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sclerosis manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Nice takedown defense from Sclerosis. No joy for Dowda on that attempt.
Sclerosis comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Dowda shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sclerosis manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Dowda is looking to stand up but Sclerosis won't let him.

Daniel Dowda has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Dowda shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Dowda was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

No joy there for Sclerosis, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Dowda should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Dowda looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sclerosis is fending him off so far but Dowda persists. Nope, Sclerosis circles away and we're back to standing.

and Sclerosis counters with a good, hard body kick but Dowda shrugs it off.
Billiary Sclerosis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Dowda.

Sclerosis leaves Dowda with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Sclerosis lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Billiary Sclerosis is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Dowda tries to clinch up but Sclerosis circles away and keeps his distance.
Dowda shoots in looking for a takedown but Sclerosis manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dowda's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Sclerosis throws a leg kick which misses Dowda's front leg but catches the back leg as Dowda tries to avoid it.

Dowda decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Dowda shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sclerosis's guard.

Dowda shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sclerosis as he jumps to the side.
Sclerosis connects with a solid leg kick.
Sclerosis tries a head kick but it misses.
Dowda fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sclerosis avoids it really well and circles away.
Sclerosis keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Daniel Dowda comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Dowda has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
