Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Maxley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krzysztof King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Maxley lands a high kick!
King gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
King breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
King missing with a left hand there. Maxley was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
King closes the distance and clinches.
King tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Maxley smiles and moves away.

King escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

King shoots in looking for a takedown. Maxley tries to sprawl out of it but King keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Maxley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Maxley counters with an inside leg kick.
Maxley gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

King sizes up Maxley with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Let's hope that King has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Krzysztof King comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well King has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
