Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vito Scaletti! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Vladimir Khabensky and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kerum tries for a takedown but Scaletti circles away easily and Scaletti counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Scaletti gets caught flat footed, as Kerum shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Kerum slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Scaletti throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Scaletti might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kerum kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Scaletti doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Scaletti manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Scaletti is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Kerum. Scaletti tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Scaletti has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
