Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pete Hunnam!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Barry Neuwan!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Neuwan looks for a takedown but Hunnam sprawls well.
Neuwan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hunnam, pushing him back against the cage.
Neuwan will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Hunnam up against the cage.
Hunnam is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Neuwan is keeping busy.
Hunnam creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Neuwan's defenses.
Neuwan is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Neuwan.
Hunnam gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Neuwan.
Pete Hunnam has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Barry Neuwan.
Hunnam creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Neuwan's defenses.
Neuwan tries to pull guard but Hunnam won't allow it.

Neuwan tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hunnam smiles and moves away.
Hunnam has a takedown stuffed.
Hunnam darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hunnam takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Neuwan is looking to improve his position.
Neuwan wants to get back to full guard but Hunnam has mounted him!
Hunnam pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hunnam looking for a guillotine from mount but Neuwan is having none of it.
A nice elbow there by Hunnam.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Neuwan is squirming around, avoiding Hunnam's attempts to control the action.
Hunnam lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Neuwan hang on?
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The referee warns Neuwan that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A nice elbow there by Hunnam.
Neuwan has left one of his arms exposed and Hunnam doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Neuwan screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
