And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mariusz Pudzianowski!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Clark misses the target.

Pudzianowski changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Clark looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Pudzianowski throws an elbow but Clark slips to the side and avoids it well.

Pudzianowski is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Clark has escaped the position, nice work there.

Clark slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Pudzianowski working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Clark doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Clark manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Clark gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Pudzianowski to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Pudzianowski has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Pudzianowski is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Clark pulls his head out easily.
Clark knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pudzianowski on the ground.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Pudzianowski is staying active underneath Clark, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Pudzianowski looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Clark is fending him off so far but Pudzianowski persists. Nope, Clark circles away and we're back to standing.

Well Pudzianowski has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
