Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Wilshere (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hector Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hernandez is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Welcome to my Nightmare. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jack Wilshere! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hector Hernandez! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Russell Pearce and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hernandez moves to clinch but Wilshere breaks away and Wilshere counters with a straight right hand. Hernandez moves into the clinch. Wilshere turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Hernandez stops Wilshere from passing to mount. Wilshere is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hernandez has escaped the position, nice work there. The ground and pound from Wilshere seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Wilshere is trying to ground and pound but Hernandez uses the momentary lack of control by Wilshere to regain half guard. Wilshere has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Hernandez is staying active underneath Wilshere, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wilshere is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Hernandez reverses the position - he's now on top in Wilshere's guard. Hernandez wants to stand but Wilshere has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Wilshere is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Hernandez has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Wilshere is proving hard to escape from.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Hernandez avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Wilshere is working an open guard so Hernandez takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Hernandez displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wilshere throws out the jab. Hernandez drives through and clinches with Wilshere against the cage.
Wilshere escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hernandez wants to clinch. Jack Wilshere seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hernandez gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wilshere to score an easy takedown into full guard. Wilshere with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wilshere content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Wilshere loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Hernandez wants to stand but Wilshere is controlling the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wilshere wants to control from the top but Hernandez keeps moving. Wilshere looking to sit in guard and control but Hernandez gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Wilshere is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Wilshere looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Hernandez wants to stand and escape but instead Wilshere has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Hernandez wants to stand but Wilshere is controlling the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Wilshere dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
A head kick misses from Hernandez. Wilshere throws a leg kick and Hernandez counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Wilshere lands a body shot.
Hernandez tries to clinch but Wilshere is having none of it. Wilshere shoots in and gets a takedown into Hernandez's guard. Wilshere wants to control from the top but Hernandez keeps moving. Wilshere is looking to work some ground and pound but Hernandez has wrist control. Wilshere loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Hernandez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wilshere. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Wilshere drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hernandez looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hernandez looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hernandez! Wilshere manages to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hernandez has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Wilshere works to full guard. Hernandez gets to his feet - Wilshere follows without any prompting. Hernandez looks for the body kick but Wilshere saw that one coming. A low kick from Wilshere is predictable there and Hernandez counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wilshere scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Hector Hernandez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Wilshere tries to keep at a distance but Hernandez has taken the fight into the clinch. Hernandez gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Wilshere.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Hernandez utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Hernandez is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Wilshere trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Wilshere is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Hernandez is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Hernandez has escaped and now he's on top! Wilshere looking to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wilshere is working an open guard so Hernandez takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Wilshere throws an off balance right hand
and Hernandez counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Hernandez pushes off an throws an elbow but Wilshere leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Wilshere wants a takedown but no success here.
Come on Hernandez - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Wilshere drops down looking for an ankle pick but Hernandez pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Wilshere. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hernandez fails in his attempt to clinch. Hernandez tries to close the distance and clinch but Wilshere swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Wilshere misses with a left hand and Hernandez counters with a head kick. That will keep Wilshere thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Wilshere throws a lazy uppercut
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Hernandez cracks the inside of Wilshere's front leg. Hernandez clinches up with Wilshere and pushes him back against the cage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hernandez using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stalling in the clinch from Hernandez.

It looks like Jack Wilshere has been cut. Hernandez connects with a knee to the head.

Hernandez slowing the pace effectively. Hernandez throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Wilshere blocks it with crossed arms. Wilshere takes an elbow to the forehead. Hernandez decides to pull guard. Wilshere postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Hernandez is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Wilshere, into his guard. Hernandez gets to his feet - Wilshere follows without any prompting. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hector Hernandez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Jack Wilshere's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Hernandez throws a sloppy head kick and Wilshere moves out of range easily. Hernandez throws a nice looking combination but Wilshere bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Wilshere cracks Hernandez with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Wilshere misses with a lunging right hand
and Hernandez counters with a head kick that wobbles Wilshere - left then right he sways and one more bomb from Hernandez sends him down. This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hector Hernandez!
