Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carling Foster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phukyorselvf Uzannavabizch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Carling Foster! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Phukyorselvf Uzannavabizch! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A low kick from Foster is predictable there enabling Uzannavabizch to counter with a crisp jab. Uzannavabizch defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Foster. Foster shoots in but Uzannavabizch avoids the takedown attempt easily. Foster takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Foster wants to clinch and Uzannavabizch counters with a left to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. A kick lands to the mid section there for Uzannavabizch. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Foster. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Carling Foster. That's going to take a lot out of him. Foster will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Foster tries to score a power double leg takedown but Uzannavabizch sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Foster somewhat. Uzannavabizch connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Foster's hands.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Uzannavabizch displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Foster throws a leg kick but Uzannavabizch sees it coming and moves out of range. Foster closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Uzannavabizch did well to prevent Foster getting side control. Foster is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Uzannavabizch is looking to control Foster's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Uzannavabizch avoid being mounted? Uzannavabizch gets back to full guard.
Uzannavabizch is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Foster throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Uzannavabizch works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Foster would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Uzannavabizch is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Foster throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Uzannavabizch works some decent striking defense from the bottom. That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Foster drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Foster jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Foster is looking to advance position but Uzannavabizch has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Foster is working to get back to half guard.
Uzannavabizch lands a big shot there that rocks Foster but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Uzannavabizch breaks from Foster's wrist control and lands an elbow. Uzannavabizch cracks Foster with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Uzannavabizch landing strikes, looking to finish! Foster is in a horrible position here. Uzannavabizch smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Uzannavabizch fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Uzannavabizch lands a big shot to the head and Foster winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
