Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Automatic Vasquel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wellington Teixeira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vasquel comes to the cage accompanied by Kung Fu Panda. Teixeira has chosen Sing for the moment - Eminem as his entrance music. Wellington Teixeira looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Matheus Silva and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teixeira gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Vasquel trying to control but Teixeira is working from the bottom.
Vasquel thows a big elbow that misses.
Vasquel lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Teixeira has his foot on Vasquel's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Vasquel works his way back into a safe position though.
Vasquel postures up in Teixeira's guard and throws a big left but Teixeira blocks it.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Vasquel closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Vasquel lands in his opponent's guard.

Teixeira stands up and beckons Vasquel to his feet.
Automatic Vasquel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vasquel feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Vasquel wants to lay and pray for a moment but Teixeira keeps working.
Teixeira is looking to control Vasquel's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Teixeira avoid being mounted?

Vasquel is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Vasquel slips a nice elbow through Teixeira's hands, connecting with Teixeira's forehead.
Vasquel wants to work for an arm triangle but Teixeira is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Vasquel is working for an americana but Teixeira has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Vasquel was thinking about the submission.
Teixeira working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Vasquel doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Vasquel manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Vasquel stands up over Teixeira, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vasquel is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Teixeira pulls his head out easily.
Vasquel works his way to full guard. Good work.
Vasquel has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Teixeira should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Vasquel has tightened it up now! Teixeira should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
