The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knuckles fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Morris stuffs the takedown attempt from Knuckles. Knuckles gets slowly back to his feet.
Knuckles is looking to clinch but Morris is avoiding it.
Newton Knuckles seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Knuckles.
Morris looks to move to half guard but instead Knuckles has passed into mount! Damn!
Morris tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Morris bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Morris drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Morris seems to have locked his on tight now - Knuckles screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Morris, as he picks up the win!
