Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jameer Paul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Hawkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul comes to the cage accompanied by Dancing With Wolves-Wu Tang Clan. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul shoots for a double leg takedown but Hawkins sprawls well. He's pushed Paul's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Hawkins fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Paul swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hawkins fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Paul gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Paul looks up at the clock. Bad move! Hawkins lands a right hand from hell, dropping Paul. Hawkins pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dave Hawkins!
