Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Luciano Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kane Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Halo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Murder Was the Case. Luciano Halo could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kane Savage's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savage gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Halo counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Halo cracks Savage with a big right hand and Savage goes down!

Halo postures up in Savage's guard and throws a big left but Savage blocks it.

Savage is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Halo's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Halo is working Savage over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Halo stands up over Savage, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Halo looking to sit in guard and control but Savage gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Halo is controlling Savage's posture.
Savage drops back, looking for a kneebar! Halo looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Halo looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Halo!
Savage seems to have recovered his senses.

Halo cracks Savage with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Savage is looking to reverse the position.

Halo connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Savage some visible discomfort.
Savage is still in real trouble! Can Halo finish him?
Halo working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Halo cracks Savage with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Halo immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Savage is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Halo!
