Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Becks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jim White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jacob Becks! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! White circles away from the clinch attempt and White counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by White. White showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Hammerfist, elbow! yells White's corner. There ya go! There ya go! White chips away with some ground and pound. Becks working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from White. Becks pulls White in to control the position. Becks looking for a sweep. Not yet Becks, not yet. Becks has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. White is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Becks. White is looking to take a break and control but Becks is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. White working the body and head with strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Becks is being controlled here. White scores with punches from side control. Becks wants to control but White postures up. White has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. White scoring with punches from side control. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Becks can do anything to dispel that myth. Becks prevents White from improving position. White wants to control but Becks is keeping him busy. White could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. White landing strikes. White trying to control the position but Becks is working away. Becks being controlled for a moment. Becks is trying to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. White works to advance to full mount. Becks defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. White is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Becks can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
White trying to control but he's not successful this time. Becks can't escape the position.
Becks tries to lock up and control but White gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Becks is squirming around, avoiding White's attempts to control the action. White looking to finish Becks with some ground and pound. This is bad for Becks! Becks is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Becks is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Becks really doesn't want to stay on the ground with White. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. White working the ground and pound effectively.
Becks tries to lock up and control but White gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Becks really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
White lands a heavy elbow. White trying to control but he's not successful this time. White is landing with some decent strikes but Becks is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. White with shots to the head and body - Becks looks very uncomfortable down there. Becks looks gassed! White breaks from Becks's wrist control and lands an elbow. Becks tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round. White tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The referee warns Becks that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
White with the ground and pound from mount. White looking to control and managing it successfully. White can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Becks is looking to escape. Becks is trying to stand up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. White controlling the position easily from mount. White looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jim White dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Becks moves to clinch but White breaks away and White counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. White scoring with punches to the head and body. White wanted to stand there but Becks had control of the position. Becks is striking off his back. White thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard. White seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Becks does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. White is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Becks is looking for a sweep. White is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. White is nestled in close to Becks, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. White not landing any meaningful shots this time. Becks is trying to control but White passes into side control!
Becks is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. White has an Americana. Becks didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! White is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if White hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
