Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Danny Peruzzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miles Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Danny Peruzzi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Miles Connor! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Connor rushes Peruzzi and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Peruzzi is trying to push Connor away but Connor has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Peruzzi is trying to force a seperation but Connor has the dominant position. Connor pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Connor shoots in for a double leg but Peruzzi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Peruzzi scores with a hook to the body. Connor takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Peruzzi lands a jab to the head.
Peruzzi misses with an uppercut
and Connor counters with a good low kick that Peruzzi was not able to check. Connor drives through and clinches with Peruzzi against the cage.
Connor breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Danga de danga de dang - Peruzzi scores with a four punch combination! This has been an exciting period of action! Peruzzi smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Peruzzi tests Connor's chin there with a solid looking shot. Danny Peruzzi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Peruzzi circles away from the clinch attempt.
Peruzzi lands a two punch combo.
Peruzzi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. An inside leg kick from Connor misses. Peruzzi moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Peruzzi throws a combination that misses and Connor counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Connor. Connor is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peruzzi working a defensive guard here.
Peruzzi is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Connor is controlling him. Peruzzi is trying to control the position but Connor postures up. Connor is working Peruzzi over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Connor sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Peruzzi looks to land a combination. Connor sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. A combination from Peruzzi does no damage. Peruzzi misses with an uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Connor misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Connor looks for a takedown but Peruzzi sprawls well. Danny Peruzzi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miles Connor. Connor swinging wildly here.
Connor takes a jab right on the kisser.
Connor takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Peruzzi slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Peruzzi swinging wildly here.
Connor throws a poor cross that misses
and Peruzzi counters with a series of strikes. Connor will be more careful next time no doubt. This has been an exciting period of action! Peruzzi scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Connor fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Connor takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Peruzzi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Connor looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Connor looks gassed! Peruzzi lands a nice shot to the body.
Peruzzi is working the combinations to good effect here. Peruzzi lands a left and a right that send Connor crashing to the mat, dazed. Peruzzi thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Connor is rocked! Connor drops his hands for a split second and Peruzzi immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Connor face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Peruzzi follows up with a right hand that knocks Connor into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
