Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tony Preston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sasha Kasprov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony Preston! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sasha Kasprov! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Preston fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kasprov. Tony Preston seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Preston decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Kasprov looks gassed! Preston wants to get back to his feet.
Kasprov has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Preston is working away from the top position though. Kasprov keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Preston content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Preston wants to stand up but Kasprov manages to regain full guard. Preston postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Kasprov avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Preston tries to stand but Kasprov is controlling from the bottom. Preston tries to free his leg and advance position but Kasprov is retaining full guard. Preston wants to control from the top but Kasprov keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Preston not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Tony Preston has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Kasprov feints and then cracks Preston's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Preston down. Preston wants to clinch. Kasprov misses with a takedown attempt and Preston counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Preston trying to control the pace. Kasprov is trying to maintain the position but Preston is very close to passing his half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Preston with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Preston trying to control from half guard but Kasprov is working away. Preston is thwarting Kasprov's attempts to control the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Tony Preston. Kasprov has his takedown stuffed and Preston decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kasprov's guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Kasprov keeping moving, preventing Preston from controlling successfully. Preston knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kasprov on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kasprov is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Preston stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kasprov swivels though and keeps the full guard. Preston trying to control but Kasprov is working from the bottom. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Kasprov gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Preston counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kasprov won't be happy with that. Tony Preston has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sasha Kasprov.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Preston wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kasprov keeps working. Preston throws an elbow but Kasprov slips to the side and avoids it well. Kasprov regains half guard. Preston not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Preston wants to pass the guard but Kasprov is defending well. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Preston lands a nice short elbow. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Preston stalling away here and it's allowed Kasprov to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Kasprov keeping moving, preventing Preston from controlling successfully. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tony Preston dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Preston goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Preston shoots in and bounces Kasprov off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Kasprov looking to control.
Preston could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Preston stands up and waves to Kasprov to follow him. Kasprov tries to keep at a distance but Preston has taken the fight into the clinch. Kasprov fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Preston has Kasprov pressed against the cage.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Preston breaks from the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Preston feints and then cracks Kasprov's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kasprov down. Kasprov's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Kasprov duly obliges. Preston gets in close and instigates a clinch. Kasprov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Preston walks away with a smile on his face. Kasprov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Preston drives through with a takedown into guard. Preston controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Preston throwing strikes but missing. Preston trying to control but Kasprov is working from the bottom. Kasprov tries to land a sweep but no joy. Preston throws a big right hand that misses. Preston works over Kasprov with some ground and pound from guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Preston would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Preston wants to control from the top but Kasprov keeps moving. Kasprov trying to keep a closed guard but Preston is proving a slippery customer.
Preston tries to free his leg and advance position but Kasprov is retaining full guard. Preston decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Kasprov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kasprov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Preston reaches up to try and control the position but Kasprov seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Preston rolls and tries to escape and now Kasprov has his back!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Preston trying to control the hands but Kasprov won't let him. Kasprov is persistently looking for the submission but Preston is defending it well.
Kasprov keeps control of the position as Preston tries to break free.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kasprov is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Preston defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kasprov avoiding Preston 's attempts to control his hands. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sasha Kasprov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Kasprov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Preston paws at him with a jab and circles away. Preston lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Preston avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kasprov misses with a takedown attempt and Preston counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Kasprov! Preston landing shots from mount. Preston looking to control but Kasprov is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Preston lands a big elbow. Preston working for a guillotine from mount but Kasprov is in no mood to give up. Preston avoids the attempt from Kasprov to control. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Preston fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
That's one minute gone in the round. Preston has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kasprov's face.
Kasprov tries to hold on but Preston pushes him away. Preston unloading with bombs! Preston working the ground and pound effectively.
Kasprov is squirming around, avoiding Preston's attempts to control the action. Preston in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Preston content just to control the position here. Kasprov tries to hold on but Preston postures up. A nice elbow there by Preston. Preston controlling the position easily from mount. Preston tries to control but Kasprov wriggling away. Preston throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
And that's the end of the fight! Tony Preston showed his dominance in that final round. Well Preston has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
