Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tony Preston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sasha Kasprov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Preston fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kasprov.
Tony Preston seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Preston decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Kasprov looks gassed!
Preston wants to get back to his feet.
Kasprov has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Preston is working away from the top position though.

Kasprov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Preston walks away with a smile on his face. Kasprov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Preston decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Kasprov shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kasprov was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Preston reaches up to try and control the position but Kasprov seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Preston rolls and tries to escape and now Kasprov has his back!

Kasprov is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Preston defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
