Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Via Dios (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ariel Levin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dios comes to the cage accompanied by Sandstorm. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Via Dios! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ariel Levin! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Leandro Rodrigues and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Levin closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Dios to the mat! Dios manages to get full guard. Dios will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Dios is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Levin trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Levin slips nicely into half guard. Dios wants to get back to his feet. Levin is looking for submissions but instead, Dios has regained full guard.
Dios is wriggling around but Levin manages to pass to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Levin passes the guard and advances to mount! Levin goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Dios turns into him and now he's in Levin's guard.
Dios wants to control from the top but Levin keeps moving. Dios is looking to stand up but Levin won't let him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Dios stands up from Levin's guard - Dios perhaps looking for a knockout. Dios is looking to score with low kicks. Levin cracks Dios with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Dios fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Levin manages to avoid it. Dios takes a jab right on the kisser.
Levin swings for the body but Dios moves out of range.
Dios really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Levin ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Levin looks for a takedown but Dios sprawls well. Levin avoids a kick to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Levin throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Dios throws a sloppy head kick and Levin counters with a nice double leg into guard. Levin works over Dios with some ground and pound from guard. Levin passes into half guard. Levin wants to control but Dios is keeping him busy. Levin is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dios is just riding it out for now. Levin eventually gives up the hold. Dios is trying to get back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dios looks like he's trying to stand up.
Levin looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Levin thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ariel Levin dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Levin. Dios throws a left and a right that both miss
and Levin counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Levin. Levin stands and throws Dios's legs to the side, diving into side control. Dios regains half guard, as Levin was trying to land strikes. Dios is defending against the submission attempts here by Levin.
Levin wants to control but Dios is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Levin tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dios knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Levin throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Levin throws a strike but Dios avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Dios has momentary wrist control but Levin slips an elbow through the middle. Levin missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Levin passes easily into side control. Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Levin in side control, throwing shots but Dios defends. Levin works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Dios takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Dios is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Levin asserts his dominance and retains side control. Levin tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Levin has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Levin creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Dios sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dios is looking for a sweep. Levin scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Dios to see if he's OK. Levin is working Dios over with some ground and pound from side control. Levin throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Levin creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Dios is not content to let Levin control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Levin postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Levin scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Dios to see if he's OK. Dios is trying to buck Levin off. Levin fails to land a wild elbow strike.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ariel Levin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Levin is looking to clinch but Dios is avoiding it.
Via Dios is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dios throws a hook to the side of Levin's head but Levin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Levin tries to clinch and Dios counters with a nice leg kick. Dios walks into a jab. Levin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Dios makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! Levin avoids the body shot from Dios.
Levin is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dios's half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Levin thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Levin misses with a head shot. Dios uses the momentum to regain guard. Levin slips nicely into half guard. Levin throws a strike but Dios avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Levin trying to control but Dios is working from the bottom. Ariel Levin is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Levin looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Levin wants to control from the top but Dios keeps moving. Levin stays in close to Dios's body and controls the position. Dios looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Levin passes into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Levin looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Ariel Levin has got the better of the ground game so far. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Levin not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Levin wants to free his trapped foot but Dios is holding on for dear life with his legs. Levin not doing much here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Ariel Levin hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Levin shoots in looking for a takedown. Dios tries to sprawl out of it but Levin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dios manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Via Dios has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Levin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dios sprawls well. Dios wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Levin gets slowly back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Ariel Levin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Levin winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
