Kuvaldin has chosen Hardline - Hot Cherie as his entrance music. Sid Frazier could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Vassily Kuvaldin's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sid Frazier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vassily Kuvaldin!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Valeri Chadov and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuvaldin avoids the head kick by Frazier.
Frazier fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Frazier really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Frazier shoots in for a double leg but Kuvaldin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kuvaldin avoids the head kick by Frazier.
A choreographed right hand from Kuvaldin misses the target.
Kuvaldin throws a shot from downtown. Frazier moves away and avoids it.
Frazier shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kuvaldin but Kuvaldin pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sid Frazier. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Frazier has a takedown stuffed.
Frazier throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kuvaldin's waist but Kuvaldin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Frazier off to one side.
Sid Frazier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kuvaldin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Frazier tries to roll over but Kuvaldin keeps him under control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kuvaldin wants to work for an arm triangle but Frazier is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Kuvaldin seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Frazier is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
