The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Alvarez blocks a jab.
Alvarez has his takedown stuffed
and Chocolate counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Alvarez walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chocolate digs a good body shot into Alvarez's ribs.
Alvarez looks gassed!
Chocolate has Alvarez up against the cage in a clinch.
Chocolate lands a hook that snaps the head of Alvarez backwards.
Chocolate breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Chocolate! Alvarez is backing up but he can't get away as Chocolate lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Alvarez and ends the fight. Great knockout.
