Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Ming Chang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Fort Minor - Petrified (Gracie Remix). Dave Ming Chang is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

11 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Christopher Gracie! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Dave Ming Chang! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ming Chang missing with a left hand there. Gracie was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Ming Chang with a poor takedown and Gracie connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Ming Chang gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Gracie counters with a straight right hand. Ming Chang connects with a crisp jab. Ming Chang misses with a series of wild punches.
Gracie is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Ming Chang. Ming Chang scores with a nice right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gracie takes a jab right on the kisser.
A bone on bone clash there as Ming Chang blocks the leg kick.
Dave Ming Chang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gracie rushes Ming Chang and presses him up against the cage. Gracie throws an elbow that misses.
Ming Chang's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Ming Chang misses with a series of wild punches.
Ming Chang misses the body punch and Gracie counters with a right hand to the body. Ming Chang jabbing away but nothing is landing. Ming Chang getting the better of the striking in that exchange. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gracie. Ming Chang lands a jab to Gracie's midsection.

and Gracie counters with a one-two to the body. Some wild striking there from Ming Chang.
Ming Chang scores with a hook to the body. Gracie takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Ming Chang throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Ming Chang scores with a nice strike. Ming Chang tries for a takedown but Gracie circles away easily and Gracie counters with a nice low kick that buckles Ming Chang's knee momentarily. Christopher Gracie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dave Ming Chang. Ming Chang looks gassed! A momentary lapse in concentration from Gracie enables Ming Chang to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Gracie manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Gracie wants to sweep but no luck. Ming Chang trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Gracie throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Ming Chang escapes and throws Gracie's legs to the side, diving into side control!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie wants to control but Ming Chang postures up. Ming Chang wants to stand but Gracie has him controlled and pulls him back into his guard. Ming Chang trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Gracie keeping moving, preventing Ming Chang from controlling successfully. Ming Chang is looking to stand up but Gracie won't let him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Ming Chang drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ming Chang jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Ming Chang decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Gracie, up you get! Gracie tries to clinch up. Ming Chang scores with a body shot.
Gracie loads up on a big right hand but Ming Chang slips the punch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ming Chang misses with the combination.
Ming Chang throws a leg kick but Gracie sees it coming and checks it nicely. Gracie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ming Chang swivels and escapes. Ming Chang fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gracie manages to avoid it. Ming Chang swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Gracie. The crowd cheers as Ming Chang lands an impressive looking overhand right. Gracie doesn't seem phased though. Ming Chang takes a swing at Gracie's ribcage but misses. Ming Chang misses with a shot to the body and Gracie counters with an inside leg kick. Ming Chang tries to bum rush Gracie with a series of wild strikes but Gracie uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Ming Chang misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gracie connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gracie drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Ming Chang bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Ming Chang jabs at Gracie's body. Ming Chang tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Ming Chang misses with a double jab
and Gracie decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Ming Chang's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Dave Ming Chang will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Ming Chang lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Gracie checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Ming Chang throws a right and a left that Gracie avoids nicely. Ming Chang throws a leg kick so Gracie counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ming Chang wants to sweep here but Gracie controlling him for the moment. Gracie content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Ming Chang working a defensive guard here.
Gracie drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Ming Chang dives on top into guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ming Chang wanted to stand there but Gracie had control of the position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ming Chang accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Ming Chang wants to get up but he can't break Gracie's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Gracie wants to improve his position but instead Ming Chang has moved into half guard.
Ming Chang tries to pass to full mount but Gracie defends it. Gracie regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Gracie not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ming Chang can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Ming Chang trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Gracie trying to control the position.
Gracie wants to sweep here but Ming Chang controlling him for the moment. Ming Chang must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ming Chang looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Ming Chang wants to pass the guard but Gracie is keeping the position. Ming Chang looking to sit in guard and control but Gracie gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Gracie throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ming Chang works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Ming Chang is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Gracie is controlling him. Ming Chang is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Gracie is looking for a sweep. Ming Chang is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Christopher Gracie will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Ming Chang connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Ming Chang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gracie was well out of range. Poor timing from Ming Chang. Ming Chang lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Ming Chang. Left hook, right uppercut from Ming Chang. Ming Chang looks to score with a jab to the body but Gracie is just out of range. Gracie is looking to chop away at Ming Chang's legs. Gracie drops his hands momentarily and Ming Chang takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Ming Chang misses with a double jab
and Gracie holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. A right hand to the body from Gracie.
Ming Chang's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Ming Chang lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Ming Chang swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Gracie. Gracie with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Ming Chang misses with a hook to the body
and Gracie counters with a takedown into side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Ming Chang tries to get back to half guard but can't. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Gracie cracks Ming Chang with an elbow. That is naaassty.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie prevents Ming Chang from escaping the position. Gracie throwing strikes but Ming Chang manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control! Ming Chang tries to stand but Gracie is controlling his head. Gracie is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Gracie works his way to full guard. Good work. Gracie controls Ming Chang momentarily but Ming Chang frees himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Ming Chang wants to get up but he can't break Gracie's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Gracie wants to hit a switch here but Ming Chang passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Gracie there! Ming Chang postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Gracie looks a forlorn figure.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie reaches up to try and control the position but Ming Chang seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Gracie rolls and tries to escape and now Ming Chang has his back!
Ming Chang throwing wild punches that miss their target. Ming Chang has Gracie flattened out and is raining down punches. Ming Chang lands a shot to the head. Ming Chang is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ming Chang working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Gracie breaks Ming Chang's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ming Chang is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Gracie is controlling him. Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ming Chang swivels though and keeps the full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave Ming Chang really dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Ming Chang misses with a shot to the body and Gracie counters with a nice double leg into guard. Ming Chang escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gracie gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Gracie drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ming Chang manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Gracie has Ming Chang in his guard. Christopher Gracie overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Ming Chang got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gracie has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ming Chang has managed to get both his arms back between Gracie's legs - danger averted.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ming Chang has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gracie is proving hard to escape from. It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over. Gracie trying to keep a closed guard but Ming Chang is proving a slippery customer.
Ming Chang passes Gracie's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Ming Chang trying to control the action but Gracie is working from the bottom. Ming Chang tries to pass the half guard into mount. Gracie knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Ming Chang is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Gracie doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Ming Chang. Ming Chang thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie is looking for a sweep. Ming Chang is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Gracie works his way to full guard. Good work. Gracie looking to control.

Gracie pushes Ming Chang up against the cage in a clinch. Ming Chang is trying to push Gracie away but Gracie has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Gracie is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Ming Chang is keeping busy. Gracie has a couple of punches blocked by Ming Chang.
Ming Chang pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ming Chang swings away with a leg kick that misses. Gracie feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Ming Chang's calf. Ming Chang tests Gracie's chin there with a solid looking shot. Nice straight punches there by Ming Chang. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Ming Chang. Gracie checks the leg kick nicely there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie fails with a takedown attempt. Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - an gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt. Gracie misses with a straight left. Ming Chang looks to land a combination. Gracie sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Gracie on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Gracie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ming Chang swivels and escapes. Ming Chang misses with a telegraphed body shot

A looping hook to the body misses from Ming Chang. Gracie does a little dance to reset his feet. Ming Chang closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Gracie did well to prevent Ming Chang getting side control. Gracie tries to get to full guard but Ming Chang has control of the leg. Gracie is working hard here to advance position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie trying to hold on to Ming Chang's head to control him but Ming Chang postures up.
Ming Chang wants to pass the guard but Gracie is defending well. Ming Chang prevents Gracie from improving his position. Gracie is in trouble now - Ming Chang has advanced to mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ming Chang scoring with strikes but Gracie is staying in there. Ming Chang wants to control the pace but Gracie is squirming around nicely. Gracie is trying to escape the mount.
Ming Chang lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Ming Chang looking for a guillotine from mount but Gracie is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gracie is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Ming Chang stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Ming Chang misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Gracie counters by clinching up. Ming Chang is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Gracie looking to slow down the pace here. Ming Chang avoiding damage as Gracie throws knees to the body.
Gracie tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Ming Chang just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Christopher Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ming Chang tries to break free but Gracie pushes him back against the cage. Ming Chang lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Ming Chang uses his free foot to push down on Gracie's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Gracie.
And that's the end of the fight! Dave Ming Chang comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Ming Chang has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
