Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pixar Bonan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wesley Loose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Morbid Angel - Immortal Rites. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Skip Squint and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bonan shoots in and gets a takedown into Loose's guard.
Bonan wants to stand but Loose is controlling his posture from full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Pixar Bonan.

Loose is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bonan defends well.

Bonan has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Pixar Bonan has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Bonan drops his hands momentarily and Loose takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Loose scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Bonan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Loose as he avoids it easily.

Bonan throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Loose tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Bonan is in Loose's guard.

Bonan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Loose on the ground.
Bonan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Loose swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Pixar Bonan wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Bonan lands with a hook. Loose tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Loose throws a nice looking combination but Bonan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Loose throws a right and a left that Bonan avoids nicely.

Bonan drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bonan is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Bonan looking to sit in guard and control but Loose gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Bonan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bonan tries to get out of the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bonan is working an open guard so Loose takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Loose swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Wesley Loose seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Loose gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Bonan gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
