Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ullas Aslan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Genovese (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Aslan might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Agnostic Front - For My Family. Genovese has chosen Kick-Ass: Music Soundtrack as his entrance music. Ullas Aslan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Illya Tyunina and Dmitry Maklakov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aslan on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Aslan fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Genovese dips to his left and cracks Aslan with an uppercut!
Genovese thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Aslan if he has to take too many more of those.
Genovese is looking to clinch but Aslan is avoiding it.
Aslan shoots in for a takedown but Genovese shows good takedown defense.

Genovese gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Aslan to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Aslan in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Genovese is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Genovese tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Genovese is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Aslan throws a strike but Genovese rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Aslan is pulling down on Genovese's head to control his posture.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Aslan postures up and lands a big shot to Genovese's brow.
Genovese utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Genovese is rocked!
Aslan gets to his feet and stands over Genovese, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Genovese felt that one! Aslan unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Genovese from any more punishment!
