Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dana White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ed Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dana White has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dana White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ed Stevens!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Konstantin Menshow and Viktor Lagutenko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

White darts in and clinches Stevens up against the cage.
White looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Stevens takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Stevens is trying to force a seperation but White has the dominant position.
Stevens wants to break the clinch but can't.

White pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Stevens gets tackled into the cage by White. White maintains the clinch.
Stevens tries to break the clinch but White is controlling the position.
White lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Stevens misses with a knee strike.
Stevens fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
White gets underhooks to prevent Stevens's takedown attempt.

White breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Stevens wants to clinch but White slips to the side

and White counters with a takedown into side control.
White misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
White throwing strikes but missing, from side control.

White is working to tighten is grip on Stevens's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Stevens has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but White is really squeezing tight and eventually Stevens passes out! White breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
