Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Art Art (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Spitteri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spitteri is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Before I Forget. Sean Spitteri has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Art Art! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Sean Spitteri! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spitteri throws a sloppy head kick and Art counters with a straight right hand. Spitteri gets a takedown into half guard. Spitteri looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Spitteri has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Art works to full guard. Art keeping moving, preventing Spitteri from controlling successfully. Spitteri thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Spitteri working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Spitteri trying to control the position from guard on top but Art is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Art controls Spitteri momentarily but Spitteri frees himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Spitteri keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Art's head. Art looking to control.
Spitteri won't allow Art to sweep him here. Spitteri prevents Art from getting back to his feet. Art not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Art avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Spitteri controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Spitteri lands a slapping body shot.
Art is breathing heavily. Spitteri connects with a good right hand that stumbles Art. Art circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Spitteri drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Spitteri stands up and waves to Art to follow him. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Spitteri connects with a single shot there. Spitteri throws a leg kick and Art counters with a straight right hand. Spitteri closes the distance and clinches. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Spitteri is looking to break free of the clinch but Art has double underhooks. Spitteri stalls. Spitteri breaks from the clinch.

Art jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Spitteri walks away with a smile on his face. Art gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Spitteri closes the distance and pushes Art back into the cage. Spitteri breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Spitteri moves in looking to clinch but Art pushes him off. Spitteri throws a push kick but Art slaps the foot to one side. Spitteri looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Art! The referee warns Art that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Art tries to hold on but Spitteri pushes him away. Spitteri looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Spitteri working away from the top, dropping strikes. Art is working to get back to half guard.

Spitteri throws a nice looking combination but Art bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Spitteri tries to close the distance and clinch but Art swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Left hook, right uppercut from Spitteri. Art shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Spitteri counters with a nice body shot. A combination from Spitteri does no damage. Spitteri misses with a jab, cross combination.
Spitteri gets the takedown into side control. Spitteri lands a few punches from side control. Spitteri advances to full mount. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Spitteri with the ground and pound from mount.

Sean Spitteri has got the better of the ground game so far. Art takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Spitteri controlling the position easily from mount. Art is desperately trying to improve his position but Spitteri has a good base and remains in mount. Art is bucking up trying to escape but Spitteri cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Spitteri has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Spitteri looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Art is trying desperately to improve position. Spitteri is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Art to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Art shrugs it off.

Sean Spitteri showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Art walks into a left hand. Spitteri wants to clinch and Art decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Spitteri's guard. Spitteri is pulling down on Art's head. It's preventing any offense from Art, at least for the moment. Spitteri wants to stand up but Art is controlling him. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Art tries to free his leg and advance position but Spitteri is retaining full guard. Art being controlled here momentarily. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Art has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Spitteri lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Spitteri seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Art drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Spitteri manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Art has Spitteri in his guard. Spitteri controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Spitteri with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Spitteri gets to his feet - Art follows without any prompting. Spitteri is looking to land body kicks. Spitteri closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Spitteri connects with a nice short shot to Art's temple. Spitteri working Art over with strikes. Art looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Spitteri stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Spitteri has taken the fight to the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Spitteri breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Excellent takedown into side control there by Spitteri. Spitteri is chipping away with strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Spitteri cracks Art with a big right hand but Art just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Art is not content to let Spitteri control the position. Spitteri stands up. Art Art has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Sean Spitteri is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Spitteri misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
And that's the end of the fight! Sean Spitteri comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Spitteri has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
