Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rex Manning (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter McCool (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manning comes to the cage accompanied by Death From Above 1979 - You're A Woman, I'm A Machine. McCool is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I'm Shipping Up to Boston. Rex Manning could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Peter McCool's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rex Manning ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Peter McCool! The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Kavanagh and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McCool looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. McCool seems to be looking for submissions.
McCool trying to pass the guard but Manning defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McCool is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Manning doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time McCool. McCool thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. McCool wants to control but Manning is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Manning avoiding damage under a succession of punches from McCool. McCool seems to be working for a kimura but Manning defends the submission attempt. McCool throwing shots but Manning is blocking nicely. Manning keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Ground and pound from McCool. McCool is looking for a kimura here.
McCool works his foot free and advances to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McCool swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
