Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chad Gregerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason McGully (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gregerson comes to the cage accompanied by SandStorm. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chad Gregerson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jason McGully! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGully scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. McGully throws a left and a right that both miss
and Gregerson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. McGully shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. McGully showed some decent athleticism there. Gregerson slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. McGully really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gregerson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. McGully trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. McGully stands up over Gregerson, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. McGully is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Gregerson looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
McGully throwing strikes but missing. Gregerson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Gregerson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for McGully! Gregerson working the ground and pound effectively.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. McGully is working to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. McGully tries to hold on but Gregerson postures up. McGully really wants to buck Gregerson off and get back to his feet. Gregerson is going oldschool here, as he tries to force McGully to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so McGully shrugs it off. Gregerson landing punches. Gregerson trying to control but he's not successful this time. McGully wants to get back to his feet.
Gregerson has control of McGully's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and McGully regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McGully is bucking up trying to escape but Gregerson cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Gregerson quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Gregerson but it's paid off an McGully is forced to tap! Nice work by Gregerson.
