Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Logan Strauss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiko Haroshim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Strauss might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Immigrant song-Led Zeppelin. Logan Strauss could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tiko Haroshim's chin.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haroshim is looking to clinch.
Strauss avoids a punch combination nicely.
Haroshim cracks Strauss with a good jab.
Haroshim slow jab from Strauss misses its intended target.
Strauss keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Haroshim does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Strauss shoots in and drives through. Haroshim sprawls well.
Strauss changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Haroshim tries to avoid it but Strauss manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Haroshim to the ground. Haroshim escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Strauss counters with a nice double leg into side control. Haroshim won't be happy with that.
Strauss seems to have got his legs back now.

Haroshim is looking for a sweep.
Strauss trying to control the position but Haroshim is working away.

Strauss goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Haroshim has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Strauss but great work by Haroshim.
Haroshim really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Strauss. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Haroshim is trying to control Strauss's posture but Strauss avoids it.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Strauss is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Haroshim has escaped the position, nice work there.
Strauss thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Strauss wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Haroshim, who protects the arm well.
Strauss works to advance to full mount. Haroshim defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Strauss jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Haroshim manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Haroshim managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Strauss.
Strauss creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Haroshim sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Strauss wants to control but Haroshim is keeping him busy.
Strauss swings around for an armbar but Haroshim sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Strauss's guard.
Strauss escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Haroshim gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Strauss wants to sweep here but Haroshim controlling him for the moment.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Strauss working for a triangle but Haroshim defends it easily.
Strauss looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Haroshim puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Strauss tries to roll over but Haroshim keeps him under control.
Strauss has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Haroshim is working away from the top position though.
Strauss slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Strauss bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Haroshim's guard.
Strauss advances to half guard.

Strauss has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Haroshim defend it? Strauss steps over the head and cranks it - Haroshim is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Strauss!
