Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Volkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Job (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Volkov's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Trooper by Iron Maiden. Job has chosen I Need A Dollar as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Vincent Volkov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Steve Job! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Job has his takedown stuffed and Volkov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Volkov thows a body shot but no joy. Job misses with a few strikes there.
A telegraphed right hand from Volkov misses the target. Volkov thumps Job with a low kick. An inside leg kick lands from Volkov. Volkov lands with a hook. Job tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Job tries for a takedown but Volkov circles away easily and Volkov counters with a big head kick but Job shrugs it off. That's going to take a lot out of Steve Job. Job misses with a takedown and Volkov counters with an outside leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Volkov lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Job on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Job scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Volkov moves into full guard.
Volkov is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Job in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Volkov pulls Job in close to prevent any damage. Job wants to control from the top but Volkov keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Volkov looking to hit a scissor sweep but Job is one step ahead there. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Job with a flurry of punches that miss. Job makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Volkov is on top in guard.
Job not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Volkov wants to stand and escape but instead Job has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Volkov has Job pulled in close to control his posture. Job won't allow Volkov to sweep him here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Volkov is working hard here to advance position. Volkov is pulling down on Job's head to control his posture. Volkov trying to control the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Vincent Volkov just wasn't active enough. Job lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Volkov backs up against the cage.
Volkov throws out a loose jab but Job uses good head movement to avoid it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Volkov dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Job closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Volkov tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Job wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Job wants to lay and pray for a moment but Volkov keeps working. Volkov is being controlled here. Volkov is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Volkov prevents Job from moving into mount. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The strikes coming from Job are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Job tries to move to mount but Volkov blocks the move with his legs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Steve Job seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Job doesn't succeed with the takedown and Volkov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Volkov scores with a decent looking hook. Job misses with a double jab
and Volkov counters with a nice body shot. Job takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Job takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Job is breathing heavily. Volkov lands with a right hand. Job takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Volkov looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
A nice inside leg kick there by Volkov. That's going to slow Job down. Nice uppercut there from Volkov. Job tries for a takedown but Volkov circles away easily and Volkov counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Job thinking. Vincent Volkov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Volkov throws out a powerful jab. Volkov scores with a shot to the body.
Volkov lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Volkov connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Job's hands. That kick from Volkov tenderised Job's leg. Job is trying to keep his angry face on. Jab by Volkov.
Job is rocked! Job takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Job is still on wobbly legs! Can Volkov finish him?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Volkov throws an overhand right that drops Job like a sack of potatoes! Volkov dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
