Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barbados Slim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Mayer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slim's entrance music is Jammin- Bob Marley. A fine choice. Mayer comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I´m shipping out to Boston - Dropkick Murphys kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as John Mayer enters the ring!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slim keeps the fight on the outside.
Slim darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Slim is working for a kimura but Mayer is defending it quite comfortably.
Slim lands strikes from half guard.
Slim wants to control but Mayer is keeping him busy.
Slim is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Slim drops an elbow to the side of Mayer's head.
Slim is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Slim in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Mayer tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Slim!
