The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Reed Andrews and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jiurgite misses the shot to the body.
Jiurgite changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.

Oak instigates a clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Oak.
Jiurgite tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Oak throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Jiurgite blocks it with crossed arms.
Oak breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jiurgite shoots and misses
and Oak counters by clinching up.
Oak tries a knee to the head but Jiurgite blocks it.
Oak throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Jiurgites head.
Oak lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Jiurgite backwards.
Jiurgite tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Oak avoids it.
Oak breaks the clinch.
Jiurgite gets tackled into the cage by Oak. Oak maintains the clinch.
Jiurgite tries to pull guard but Oak holds him up against the cage and eventually Jiurgite drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zé Jiurgite. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Jiurgite goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Jiurgite takes a knee right on the jaw!
Oak tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Oak connects with a nasty looking knee right to Jiurgite's face.
Oak with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Oak scores with a nice hook to the head.
Oak tries a knee to the head but Jiurgite blocks it.

Oak manages to break the clinch.
Jiurgite fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Oak looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

and Oak counters by moving into the clinch.
Jiurgite jumps guard but Oak stands there with Jiurgite around his waist. Jiurgite gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Oak landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Oak throws a punch but it's blocked by Jiurgite.
Oak wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Oak tries a knee to the head but Jiurgite blocks it.
Jiurgite cracks Oak with a nice body shot.
Jiurgite misses with a body punch.
Jiurgite decides to pull guard.
Jiurgite manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Oak has given up his back.
Jiurgite has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Oak is defending well but eventually Jiurgite manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Oak has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
