The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shakur dodges the punch combination from Bouraka.
Shakur wants to clinch.
Emeka Shakur seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Shakur throws a leg kick which misses Bouraka's front leg but catches the back leg as Bouraka tries to avoid it.
Bouraka looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Shakur is fending him off so far but Bouraka persists. Nope, Shakur circles away and we're back to standing.
Bouraka tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Shakur swivels and escapes.
Bouraka shoots in looking for a takedown. Shakur tries to sprawl out of it but Bouraka keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Shakur manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Emeka Shakur has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Bouraka.
Shakur uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Bouraka has time to react.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Shakur.

Shakur misses with a straight right.
Shakur lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Bouraka can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Shakur and Bouraka drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Shakur.
