Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mike Spaso!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Spaso crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Stahrter - the referee stops the clock and Spaso gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Stahrter. Spaso manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Stahrter tries to clinch
letting Spaso counter with a right hand.
Spaso swinging wildly here.
Stahrter swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Spaso counters with a left to the body.
Left hook, right uppercut from Spaso.
Spaso thuds his right hand into Stahrter's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Stahrter throws a left and a right that both miss
and Spaso counters with a nice uppercut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stahrter closes the distance looking to clinch
and Spaso counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Stahrter moves out of range as Spaso throws a body kick.
Some wild striking there from Spaso.
Stahrter shoots in looking for a takedown. Spaso tries to sprawl out of it but Stahrter keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Spaso manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Spaso looks to land a combination. Stahrter sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Spaso!
Stahrter rushes Spaso and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Spaso's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Stahrter pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Stahrter misses with a combination
and Spaso counters with a two punch combo.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stahrter wants to clinch but Spaso slips to the side
and Spaso counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Stahrter looks gassed!
Spaso throws a right and a left that Stahrter avoids nicely.
Spaso throws a combination. Stahrter tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Stahrter misses with a left hand
letting Spaso counter with a right hand.
Spaso goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Stahrter takes one to the side of the head.
A nice combination there by Stahrter.
Spaso is working the combinations to good effect here.
Spaso lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Stahrter goes down and covers up as Spaso starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
