Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Bones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seppo Kastinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jon Bones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Seppo Kastinen! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bones throws a right hand that misses
and Kastinen counters with a straight right hand. Bones throws an off balance right hand
and Kastinen counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Kastinen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bones's guard. Bones seems keen to control Kastinen's posture. Kastinen is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Bones is trying to control the position but Kastinen postures up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kastinen controls from within his opponent's guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Kastinen tries to free his leg and advance position but Bones is retaining full guard.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Bones closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kastinen manages to get to full guard.
Bones won't allow Kastinen to sweep him here. Kastinen avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Bones working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Bones thows a big elbow that misses. Bones makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Bones throws a strike but Kastinen rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Kastinen trying to control but Bones is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Seppo Kastinen. Bones takes a body punch but keeps moving. Bones gets a takedown into half guard. Kastinen is doing well to control the position and prevent Bones from advancing to side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kastinen keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Kastinen preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Bones will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Kastinen moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Bones landing with the ground and pound. Kastinen is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Bones throwing strikes but missing. Bones postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kastinen looking to control.
Kastinen utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bones accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bones throws a big right hand that misses. Bones throws a big right hand that misses. Bones throwing strikes but missing. Kastinen is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kastinen wants to take a breather but Bones is having none of it. Bones won't allow Kastinen to pass to mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Seppo Kastinen will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Bones drives through with a takedown into guard. Bones with a flurry of punches that miss. Bones throws a strike but Kastinen rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Kastinen passes into half guard. Bones is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Kastinen wants to control but Bones is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kastinen keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Kastinen wants to pass the guard but Bones is defending well. Kastinen seems to be looking for submissions.
Kastinen is keen to just control but Bones is a slippery customer. Kastinen works his way into side control. Bones is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Kastinen trying to control the action but Bones is working from the bottom. Bones tries to get back to half guard but can't. Kastinen trying to control the position but Bones is working away.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Seppo Kastinen hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Bones throws a right hand that misses
and Kastinen counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Bones is staying active underneath Kastinen, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kastinen throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Kastinen works his foot free and advances to mount. Kastinen tries to control but Bones wriggling away. Kastinen controlling from the full mount. Kastinen looking to control but Bones is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Seppo Kastinen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Bones throws a lazy uppercut
and Kastinen decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Bones's guard. Kastinen trying to control but Bones is working from the bottom. Kastinen should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Kastinen might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Bones kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Kastinen pushes down on Bones's leg and manages to get into half guard. Kastinen is trying to control the action in half guard but Bones is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Kastinen is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kastinen wants to take a breather but Bones is having none of it. Kastinen is controlling the pace.

Kastinen is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Kastinen is working for a kimura but Bones is defending it quite comfortably.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Kastinen is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Bones gets full guard. Bones keeping moving, preventing Kastinen from controlling successfully. Bones has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Kastinen has passed into side control.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Kastinen tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Kastinen is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bones has escaped the position, nice work there. Seppo Kastinen is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bones is not content to let Kastinen control the position.
And that's the end of the fight! Seppo Kastinen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Kastinen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
