Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alen Zalac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BIZZ NESS (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zalac comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem - Not Afraid. BIZZ NESS is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, BIZZ NESS!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zalac shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and NESS counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
NESS feints and as Zalac raises his hands in defense, NESS changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Zalac working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because NESS has passed into half guard!
Zalac is looking to escape.
Zalac looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Zalac is pressing down on NESS's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zalac is trying to control the position but NESS postures up.
Zalac working for a triangle but NESS defends it easily.
NESS wants to pass the guard but Zalac is keeping the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Zalac is trying to control the position but NESS postures up.

NESS wants to pass the guard but Zalac is keeping the position.
Zalac escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. NESS gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
NESS pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Zalac is keeping the position for now.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Zalac looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! NESS has picked Zalac up and slammed him! Zalac can't keep hold of the triangle and NESS manages to pass to side control!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Zalac is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Zalac looking for submissions off his back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but BIZZ NESS will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
NESS shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Zalac is trying to defend but NESS finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Zalac tries to get to full guard but NESS has control of the leg.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zalac wants to sweep but no luck.
NESS content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Zalac has locked up a guillotine! Zalac's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? NESS is holding on here and Zalac must be using up a lot of energy. NESS has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Zalac gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
