1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jake Moody! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moody throws the left hand but Maine avoids the punch easily. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Maine, as that shot connected.
Moody rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Maine counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Moody can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Maine controls the pace. Maine sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Moody's guard. Maine sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Moody defending well though. Moody has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Maine is working away from the top position though. Maine winds up and cracks Moody with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Maine seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Moody is rocked! Maine takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Moody is still in real trouble! Can Maine finish him?
