And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Calogero Anello!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bacon tries to clinch but fails miserably
letting Anello counter with a right hand.
Anello lands a nice shot to the body.
Bacon tries to clinch but Anello moves away
and Bacon takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Anello lands a right hook to the body.
Anello scores with a leg kick.
Bacon wants to clinch
and Anello counters with a low kick, right behind Bacon 's knee.
Anello thumps Bacon with a low kick.
Bacon stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Anello.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bacon wants to clinch but Anello slips to the side
and Anello counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Bacon is breathing heavily.
Anello scores with a decent looking hook.
Anello lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Bacon is rocked!
Jay Bacon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bacon takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Anello feints and then cracks Bacon's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Bacon down.
Bacon takes a jab right on the kisser.
Oh Bacon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bacon walks forward, straight into a front kick from Anello.
Bacon seems to have got his legs back now.
Anello connects with a body shot that sends Bacon's belly button to the back.
Anello turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Nice straight punches there by Anello. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Anello.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Anello drops Bacon with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Bacon! Anello dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (strikes). Calogero Anello!
