Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alexandre Nieto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve McGarrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nieto comes to the cage accompanied by Bullet the Blue Sky. McGarrett is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: the theme from Hawaii 5-0. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGarrett throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Nieto was covering up waiting for the punch and McGarrett finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Nieto might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
McGarrett working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

McGarrett is looking to work some ground and pound but Nieto has wrist control.
McGarrett is working Nieto over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McGarrett wants to get back to his feet but Nieto is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Nieto, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
