Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sean Pierce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fredo Corleone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Corleone has chosen The Godfather Waltz as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierce avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Corleone moves in looking to clinch but Pierce pushes him off.
Corleone doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Pierce counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Pierce cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
