Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Duck Striker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sting Gof (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Striker has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Duck Striker has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Duck Striker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sting Gof! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Striker has his takedown stuffed letting Gof counter with a right hand. Gof gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Striker tries a knee to the head but Gof blocks it.
Striker using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Gof has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Striker is breathing heavily. Striker being controlled against the cage. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Striker tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Gof lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Gof breaks the clinch.
Gof fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Striker, pushing him back against the cage. Striker breaks the clinch.
Striker tries to clinch up and Gof counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Gof. Gof is trying to force a seperation but Striker has the dominant position. Striker is trying to force a seperation but Gof has the dominant position. Striker tries to break free but Gof pushes him back against the cage. A nice right hand lands inside from Gof.
That's one minute gone in the round. Striker throws a head punch that misses. Striker can't break the clinch.
Gof lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Gof pulls guard. Gof bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Striker's guard. Gof distracts Striker with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Gof decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Gof gets in close and instigates a clinch. Gof is trying to push Striker away but Striker has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Gof pulls guard successfully.
Gof striking off his back but it's not causing Striker any problems. Gof manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Striker manages to get himself to full guard.
Gof stands up from guard. Let's bang! Gof has managed to clinch.
Gof misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Striker.
Gof breaks from the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gof darts in and clinches Striker up against the cage. Striker takes an elbow to the forehead. Striker prevents Gof from breaking the clinch. Gof lands a body punch in the clinch. Gof tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Gof tries for a takedown. No joy.
Gof looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Striker tries to break the clinch but Gof is controlling the position. Gof lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gof looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Striker with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Gof stands up from half guard. Gof clinches up with Striker and pushes him back against the cage. Gof gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Striker is looking to improve his position.
Gof has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Gof is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gof is trying for a kimura here. Striker looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Gof wins by kimura!
