Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Super Duper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mark strike (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). mark strike has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, mark strike!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
strike changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Duper tries to avoid it but strike manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Duper to the ground. Duper escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

strike has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Duper avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Super Duper has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of mark strike.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Duper just misses with a elbow thrown towards strike's brow.

Duper slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
strike has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
strike is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Duper wants to pass the guard but strike is keeping the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

strike doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
strike keeping moving, preventing Duper from controlling successfully.

Duper not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
strike will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Duper stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. strike swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Super Duper dominated that round.
The cut man is working on mark strike's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
strike shoots in for a takedown but Duper shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

mark strike's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
